TODO list for the core specification (revision 4):

• Make doap:license optional (but strongly recommended) (for dynamic things)
• Define lv2:binary
• Define a class for lv2:symbol (restricted string)
• Actual enumerations vs. scale points on a port where other values make sense (port hint?)
• Fix incorrect xsd prefix (Done in provisional lv2r4)
• Machine readable restrictions (work nicely with lv2specgen) (Done in provisional lv2r4)
• Update lv2.h documentation (remove ladspa era cruft? discovery stuff?)
• Plugin revisions (mandatory?)
